Cousin Dorothy Day Gates made it for us at Lake Erie. Great to have after a long day at the beach and in the lake.

1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Can vernor's ginger ale

Steps:

  • 1. 1 scoop Vanilla ice cream in a glass glass
  • 2. Pour Vernor's over ice cream to form ice crust on ice cream. Use spoon to scrape ice off of ice cream. Use straw to drink the Vernor's ice cream cooler.
