Bratwurst and Tater Tot Casserole image

I used to have a Taste Of Home Casserole magazine and got this delicious recipe from there.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 lb uncooked bratwurst, casings removed
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
16 oz sour cream
8 oz pkg shredded chedder cheese
32 oz pkg tater tots

Steps:

  • 1. brown bratwurst and drain excess oil.
  • 2. combine bratwurst with soup and sour cream.
  • 3. layer in 9x13 baking dish. Place tater tots on bratwurst mixture and top with shredded cheese
  • 4. Bake at 350degrees for 35-40 minutes.
