Steps:
- Se baten los huevos por separado. Agregar la harina y sal, royal a las yemas. Luego se le pone las claras a punto de nieve y todo esto se vierte en un papel enmantecado y enharinado. Meter al horno unos 15 min. Cuando este dorado, se prpara un pasador mojado!!. Se rellena con dulce o paltas. Envolverlo para darle forma.
