Breakfast in a Hurry image

I love omelets but hate making them one at a time because I am at the stove while everyone is eating breakfast, then I end up eating after everyone is done. This solves that.

Number Of Ingredients 3

6 -8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 lb cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs, beaten

Steps:

  • Spray an 8 inch x 8 inch glass dish with non-stick coating.
  • Place cooked bacon in the bottom of the dish.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Pour beaten eggs over the top.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven.
  • Cut into squares, serve.
