Steps:
- 1. Cook ground beef with salt, pepper, sage, and cayenne pepper until browned and no pink remains. Drain.
- 2. Stir in rice, milk, celery, green pepper, onion, soup, and mushrooms.
- 3. Transfer to a lightly oiled 13x9x2-inch pan or large casserole. Sprinkle cheese over top.
- 4. Cook uncovered in 350 degree oven 45 minutes or until center is bubbly.
