Buttermilk-Apple/Apricot Noodle Pudding image

This is an old recipe from my Bon Appetit magazines. It is intended to be a brunch dish but it would make a nice change of pace anytime. The overnight chilling is not reflected in the cook or prep times.

Overall, this was a good recipe. The pudding was creamy and flavorful, and the apples and apricots added a nice sweetness. However, I think I would have liked it better if I had used a different type of noodle.

This was a good recipe, but I think I would have liked it better if I had used a different type of noodle. The noodles I used were a bit too soft.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my pudding didn't turn out right. It was too dry and didn't have much flavor.

I thought this recipe was just okay. The pudding was a bit bland and the noodles were a bit too soft. I think I would have liked it better if I had used a different type of noodle.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my pudding didn't turn out right. It was too runny and didn't have much flavor.
