Cabbage Salad image

Number Of Ingredients 10

3 oz chicken flavored ramen noodles
6 c cabbage, shredded
4 medium green onions, chopped
1/2 c almonds, chopped
1/2 c sunflower seeds
1/4 c vegetable oil
3 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Crush noodles, add to next four ingredients.
  • 2. Combine seasoning packet from ramen noodle package and remaining ingredients in another small bowl. Mix with wire whisk.
  • 3. Pour over cabbage
