Caesar Orzo with Asparagus image

Looking for something a little different to dress up pasta? This creamy side dish is a favorite with family and friends at Karen Hoyle's Excelsior, Minnesota home. "My teenage sons love it so much, they'll eat any vegetable I use!" MAKE IT EASY: Great side dishes don't come much more versatile than this, says Karen Hoyle. "I've also made it with broccoli and creamy Italian dressing or added cooked chicken or ham for a quick bulked-up main dish."

This dish was so bad, I threw it in the trash. The orzo was inedible and the asparagus was disgusting. The dressing was too sour and the Parmesan cheese was rancid. I would not recommend this recipe to my worst enemy.

This dish was okay. The orzo was cooked perfectly and the asparagus was still slightly crunchy, but the dressing was a bit too heavy and the Parmesan cheese was a bit too salty. I would probably try a different recipe next time.
