Cajun Corn Casserole image

Just a mixture of tastes that I love.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 bag(s) frozen corn, thawed
1/2 c melted butter
1/3 c sour cream
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 c pepper jack cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with PAM>
  • 3. Pour mixture into pan and bake for one hour at 350 degrees.
