Tastes Great With Honey Mustard!

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 lb chicken breasts
2 c cap'n crunch cereal
1 1/2 c cornflakes
1 egg
1 c milk
1 c all purpose flour
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder

Steps:

  • 1. Coarsely grind or crush Cap'n Crunch Cereal and cornflakes. Set aside.
  • 2. Beat eggs and milk. Set aside.
  • 3. Stir together flour, onion, and garlic powders. Set aside.
  • 4. Dip chicken into the flour mixture.
  • 5. Then, dip in egg mixture.
  • 6. Dip into Capn' Crunch Cereal mixture.
  • 7. Fry: 325 degrees (heat oil) Drop chicken into ol for 3-5 minutes. Drain and serve immediately. Bake: Place chicken on a baking sheet (spray chicken with PAM) at 358 degrees. Bake for approx. 15-20 minutes till cooked.
