I'm not a huge fan of spicy food, so I omitted the chili peppers from the recipe. The rice was still very flavorful, even without the heat.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover rice. I had some cooked rice in the fridge, and I turned it into a delicious Caribbean-inspired dish in no time.

I didn't have any coconut milk on hand, so I used almond milk instead. It worked just fine, and the rice was still very flavorful.

I've tried many Caribbean rice recipes, but this one is by far the best. The combination of spices and coconut milk is perfect, and the rice comes out fluffy and delicious every time.

This rice dish was a hit at my dinner party! It was so flavorful and aromatic, and the coconut milk gave it a creamy and rich texture. I will definitely be making this again.
