Sprinkle with brown sugar if desired.Pressure-cooker method: In a 6-quart electric pressure cooker coated with cooking spray, combine the first 7 ingredients. Lock lid; close pressure-release valve. Adjust to pressure-cook on high for 10 minutes. Let pressure release naturally for 10 minutes; quick-release any remaining pressure. If desired, sprinkle with brown sugar.
