Celeriac, Apple & Onion Casserole image

A lovely tasty side dish to compliment any meal. If you are not watching calories etc add a couple tbsp of butter and top with some buttered crumbs. Add some cheese if you wish but it is also delish just plain. I like to use hot paprika.

I'm not a big fan of celeriac, but I'm willing to give this recipe a try.

I would love to try this recipe, but I don't have a casserole dish. Do you think I could make it in a regular baking dish?

The casserole was a bit too cheesy for my taste, but I think that's just a personal preference.

I added some chopped walnuts to the casserole for extra crunch and flavor.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my casserole didn't turn out as well as I hoped. I think I might have overcooked the vegetables.

The casserole was a bit bland for my taste, but I think that's because I didn't add enough salt and pepper.

This casserole was a hit with my family! The celeriac, apple, and onion flavors melded together perfectly, and the cheesy topping was the perfect finishing touch.
