1 lb Velveeta cheese (or cheese of your choice)
1 (10 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes
1 lb sausage, browned (I prefer Tennessee Pride Mild)

Steps:

  • Cube the cheese and place into a microwave safe bowl.
  • Add the tomatoes and sausage.
  • Microwave for three minutes.
  • Stir then if needed microwave two more minutes.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
