I got this from a garden club friend. I was not a cauliflower fan but this changed my mind. Super easy and gets raves from everyone.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 bunch cauliflower
1/2 c dijon mustard
1/2 c mayonnaise
3/4 c sharp cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Steam whole head of cauliflower and then cut into chunky pieces....it is easier to cut once cooked. Place into a casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
  • 2. Mix Dijon mustard and mayonnaise together and pour over the cauliflower. Toss to give a good coating.
  • 3. Sprinkle the cheese over the top and bake at 350degrees for about 20 minutes. The top should be slightly toasted looking. This is super easy and quick. I am not a cauliflower fan but love this version.

This recipe was a little bland for my taste. I added some garlic and onion powder to the cheese sauce and it helped a lot. Overall, I think this is a good recipe, but it needs a few tweaks to make it really great.

This recipe is a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables! My kids loved the cheesy cauliflower and they didn't even realize they were eating a healthy vegetable. I will definitely be making this recipe again.

This recipe was easy to follow and the cauliflower turned out great! The cheese sauce was a little too thick for my taste, so I added some milk to thin it out. Overall, I'm happy with the results and will be making this recipe again.
