This breakfast casserole is easy, & makes a wonderful Easter Mornin' breakfast. or for that matter .."any" mornin' breakfast... Smiles.

Steps:
- 1. Cook Sausage according to pkg. directions. Cool slightly; cut into 1/4-in. slices. In a greased 13x9 in baking dish, layer half the English muffin cubes & half the cooked sausage. Repeat layers~!
- 2. Drizzle with butter & top with the cheese, onion, (this is where I added some ham or bacon.)
- 3. In a lg. bowl, combine the eggs, milk, salt & pepper. Pour over casserole. Sprinkle with Bacon.
- 4. Cover & refrigerate overnite. Remove from the refrigerator 30 min. before baking. Uncover and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min., or until knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Let stand 5 min.
