Back to working now, so I created a new casserole tonight, leaving leftovers for tomorrow. So simple to throw together too. I used what I had and it turned out marvelous! Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish. Set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together the soups, cream, milk, salt, pepper, dried onion and mayonnaise Evenly spread tater tots on the bottom of prepared dish. Next layer with broccoli and then ham. Spread evenly.
- 2. Pour and spread soup mixture evenly over the top. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
- 3. Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes. Sprinkle evenly with cheese and bake until cheese is melted and browning and casserole is bubbling.
- 4. Remove from oven, let set for 5 minutes to set up. Serve alone or perhaps with some good chewy french bread.
