Number Of Ingredients 7

1 egg
1 c sugar
2 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp vinegar
1 c water
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 unbaked pie crust

Steps:

  • 1. Beat first 6 ingredients with mixer until well blended; pour into pie crust.
  • 2. Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour or until filling is firm.
