My Mom made this salad for a family gathering and it is just wonderful, it's low fat and so very good. It can be served as a salad or a dessert. I figure it's just in time for all those memorial day weekend get togethers. I would think that you could substitute any lite pie filling and change the salad. ie lemon, or...

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 can(s) (14 ounce) fat-free sweetened condensed milk
1 can(s) (8 ounce) crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c lemon juice
1 can(s) (20 ounces) lite cherry pie filling
1 (12 ounce) carton whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

  • 1. Mix sweetened condensed milk, pineapple and lemon juice in bowl. Add pie filling and whipped topping. Refrigerate until firm.
