I love this recipe! It's so easy to make and always turns out delicious. I've made it with both red and yellow cherry tomatoes, and they both work well. I also like to add a bit of fresh basil to the filling for extra flavor.

This pie was easy to make and turned out great! I used a store-bought pie crust to save time, and the filling was simple to prepare. The tomatoes roasted in the oven until they were caramelized and bursting with flavor. I served the pie with a dollop

I'm not a huge fan of tomatoes, but this pie was surprisingly delicious! The crust was perfectly cooked, and the filling was sweet and savory. I would definitely recommend this recipe to anyone who is looking for a unique and flavorful pie.

This cherry tomato pie was a huge hit at our last potluck! The crust was flaky and buttery, and the filling was sweet and tangy. I used a mix of red and yellow cherry tomatoes, and they looked so beautiful in the pie. I will definitely be making this
