Chicken Casserole Delight image

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 c chicken, cooked and chopped
2 c macaroni, dry
2 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
12 oz evaporated milk
1.75 c chicken broth
1 onion, chopped
1 can(s) water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1/2 lb cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp salt

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients in order given in large bowl.
  • 2. Put in well greased 9x13 inch pan.
  • 3. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.
  • 4. Next day remove foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
  • 5. NOTE: Must be made one day ahead.
