[email protected]I was disappointed with this satay. The chicken and beef were dry and overcooked, and the peanut sauce was bland. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

[email protected]This satay was delicious! The chicken and beef were cooked perfectly, and the peanut sauce was amazing. I especially liked the addition of lemongrass and ginger. They really gave the dish a lot of flavor.

[email protected]I've never made satay before, but this recipe made it easy. The instructions were clear and concise, and the dish turned out great. The only thing I would change is to use a little less sugar in the peanut sauce. It was a bit too sweet for my taste.

[email protected]This satay is a real winner! The chicken and beef were tender and juicy, and the peanut sauce was creamy and flavorful. I followed the recipe exactly, and it turned out perfectly. My family loved it, and we'll definitely be making it again soon.
