CHICKEN SALAD PIE image

Number Of Ingredients 10

Baked pie shell
2 cups cooked cubed chicken (white meat only)
2 cups thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped nuts (cashews,pecans, water chestnuts or your choice)
1/2 tsp salt
1 medium onion grated
1 cup mayo
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheese
1 cup crushed potato chips

Steps:

  • Mix chicken ingredients except cheese and potato chips and add to pie shell. Sprinkle chees and potato chips on top and bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
