Chicken Shoestring Salad image

This creamy chicken salad with crunchy shoestring potatoes is the perfect accompaniment to burgers, hotdogs, or any cookout!

2 c cooked chicken, cubed
1 1/2 c grated carrots
1 1/2 c chopped celery
2 Tbsp chopped green onion
1 c miracle whip
2 1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 Tbsp ranch dressing
garlic salt
pepper
1 can(s) (9 oz) shoestring potatoes

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients together, except shoestring potatoes. Season with garlic salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  • 2. Add shoestring potatoes just before serving, and mix well. If you mix it beforehand, they will get soggy.
