Chili Cheese Dip I image

This dip couldn't be easier! We had friends drop in unexpectedly, so I created this using what I had on hand. Everyone loved it! Make sure you've got some tortilla chips on hand.

60 ounces chili with beans
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • In a slow cooker, combine chili, cream cheese, and Cheddar cheese. Set the slow cooker to a low temperature, and let the dip cook until all of the cheeses have melted. Serve warm.

I'm not a huge fan of chili cheese dip, but this recipe changed my mind. It's so flavorful and cheesy. I love that it has a little bit of a kick from the jalapeƱos. I will definitely be making this again.

This chili cheese dip was a hit at my last party! It was so easy to make and everyone loved it. I made a few changes to the recipe, though. I used a can of mild diced tomatoes instead of the tomato sauce, and I added a 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
