These tempting chocolate brownies have a mild chocolate flavor. They are very easy to prepare, yet specially delicious. Microwave setting: HIGH 100% Microwave cooking time: about 12 minutes REMEMBER: Shield top corners of dish with foil triangles to assure even cooking. Steps:
- 1. Cream together butter and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- 2. Add eggs, one at a time. Add salt.
- 3. Stir in chocolate syrup, flour and vanilla. Add nuts and stir to blend well.
- 4. Turn into greased and lightly floured 8-inch square microsafe pan or dish.
- 5. Microwave at HIGH power for about 3 minutes. Let rest for 3 minutes.
- 6. Microwave at HIGH power for another 3 minutes and let rest for 3 minutes.
- 7. Finally microwave at HIGH power for 2 more minutes or until batter is set and done to your liking.
- 8. Let rest in pan for a couple of minutes or until almost cool.
- 9. Cut into squares. Remove from pan and garnish with nuts or powdered sugar.
