This dish was a disappointment. The chorizo was dry and the eggs were overcooked. The ranchero sauce was also bland and lacked flavor.

The chorizo and eggs were a little too spicy for my taste, but the ranchero sauce was delicious. I'll definitely be making this dish again, but I'll use a milder chorizo next time.
