Very good hot dish.

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 lb ground beef, browned
add next 8 ingredients:
1 c celery, thinly sliced
1 can(s) cream of celery soup
1/2 c uncooked minute rice
1 onion, chopped
1 can(s) water chestnuts, sliced
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s) bean sprouts
1 can(s) chow mein noodles

Steps:

  • 1. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Add can of chow mein noodles to top at the last 5-10 minutes of cookong. Makes 6 servings.
