Cinnamon Baking Chips image

Found this on the internet because I love cinnamon scones but couldn't find the cinnamon chips to make them!

Number Of Ingredients 4

1/3 c granulated sugar
2 Tbsp cinnamon, ground
1 Tbsp solid shortening
1 Tbsp light corn syrup

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Farhenheit
  • 2. Mix all ingredients with fork until well-blended Spread mix on foil-lined baking sheet.
  • 3. Bake 30-35 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Allow to cool completely, then crumble
