Cinnamon Snowballs image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup Kellogg's® corn flake crumbs
1 cup margarine softened
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup finely chopped nuts
sifted powdered sugar

Steps:

  • 1. In medium mixing bowl, stir together flour, cinnamon and KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKE CRUMBS. Set aside.2. In larger bowl, beat margarine and granulated sugar until well combined. Stir in vanilla. Add crumbs mixture and nuts. Mix well.3. Shape dough into 3/4-inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheets.4. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from baking sheets. While still warm, roll in powdered sugar. Cool. Roll again in powdered sugar.
