Instead of post-dinner coffee, serve guests this soothing caffeine-free peppermint tea. It's brewed in a French press and infused with bright lemon and stomach-calming fennel.

Peels of 2 lemons, plus lemon wedges for serving
2 tablespoons fennel seeds
3 tablespoons peppermint tea
4 cups hot water

Steps:

  • Add lemon peels, fennel seeds, and tea to a French press. Add hot water, steep 5 minutes, plunge, and serve with lemon wedges.
