Steps:
- Combine the orange and lime zests, juice, sugar, oil, rum, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add the shrimp and marinate for 30 minutes. Thread the shrimp on skewers and grill until shrimp are opaque (about 3 minutes per side). Remove from heat and serve immediately.
