CLASSIC YELLOW CUPCAKE image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 1/2 cup AP Flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp fine salt
2 large eggs
2/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter, melted
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Whisk flour, baking powder and salt together in small bowl Using a mixer, beat eggs and sugar in another bowl until light and fluffy. Beat butter and vanilla. Reduce speed and add flour mixture. beat in milk. Pour about 1/3 cup into each muffin tin cup. Bake 20-25 minutes.
