Corned Beef Bagel Dip image

I found this recipe in a school book long ago. I've made this for football parties, snack days at work, and just plain hanging out. Who knew corned beef just isn't for St. Patrick's Day anymore. I do love corned beef. I save some just for this dip.

This dip is so easy to make and it's always a hit at parties. I love that I can use different types of cheese to change up the flavor.

I followed the recipe exactly and the dip turned out great. It was a little bit spicy, but I like that.
