Time 2h40m

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 c + 1 tablespoon water
1 egg
4 1/2 tsp vegetable oil
3 1/4 c flour
1/4 c sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 1/14 tsp yeast
1/4 c butter, melted

Steps:

  • 1. In the bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order as recommended by the manufacturer. Usually liquids first then end with yeast. Select dough setting. Check dough after 5 minutes and if needed add 1-2 teaspoons of water if the dough is too dry or flour if the dough is too moist.
  • 2. Lightly grease a 9 x 13 pan. When dough is finished, shape into 15 balls. Cover and let rise until about double in size. Bake at 350ยบ for 12-15 minutes. Brush tops with melted butter.
  • 3. NOTE: This can also be baked as a loaf of bread. Instead of choosing dough setting, select the basic bread setting and bake as normal.
