1 (6 ounce) can crab
2 eggs
16 g organic crackers
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1/8 teaspoon celery seed
1/8 teaspoon curry
1/8 teaspoon dill
1/8 teaspoon fennel
1/8 teaspoon garlic
1/8 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon parsley
1/8 teaspoon rosemary
1/8 teaspoon thyme
1/8 teaspoon sage
1/8 teaspoon tarragon

Steps:

  • Drain crab well.
  • Place into mixing bowl and mash up with fork.
  • Add the other ingredients and mix together and form patties.
  • Place patties into preheated skillet and spay with non stick spray.
  • Cook until golden brown on both sides.
