- Cut each cucumber into eight thick slices. Scoop out centers, leaving bottoms intact., In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, crab, green onion, salt and garlic powder. Spoon 1 tablespoon into each cucumber slice. Sprinkle with paprika; top with wonton strips.
