My mom made this often growing up, it was always one of my favorite casseroles. It is now a often requested dish from my children.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350*.
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Meanwhile brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain.
- Add tomato soup, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and cream cheese to ground beef. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until cream cheese is all melted and sauce is smooth.
- Combine sauce and noodle in a 2 quart covered casserole dish. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until hot.
