Creamy Avocado Pie image

This is a very rich, creamy pie my mom used to make over 40 years ago for her St. Patrick's Day parties. I make a low-fat version of this for my family by replacing the ingredients with non-fat or low-fat creams.

This pie was a bit too sweet for my taste, but it was still good. I think I would have preferred a less sweet filling.

I've made this pie several times now, and it's always a hit. The avocado filling is so creamy and delicious, and the lime crust is the perfect complement. I love that it's also a relatively healthy dessert.

I'm not sure what went wrong with my pie, but it turned out nothing like the picture. The avocado filling was curdled, and the lime crust was burnt. I'm not sure if I'll try this recipe again.

This pie was a disaster! The avocado filling was runny, and the lime crust was too crumbly. I had to throw the whole thing away.

I found this pie to be a bit bland. The avocado flavor was not very strong, and the lime crust was not tart enough. I think I would have enjoyed it more if the flavors had been more pronounced.

I'm not usually a fan of avocado, but this pie changed my mind. The avocado filling was smooth and creamy, and the lime crust added a nice tartness. I'll definitely be making this again!

This avocado pie was a hit at my dinner party! The creamy filling was perfectly balanced by the sweet and tangy lime crust. I'll definitely be making this again.
