1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
1 egg
1 (8 ounce) box Jiffy cornbread mix
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper

Steps:

  • Combine ingredients and place in an 8-inch square baking dish.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
