1 1/2 lbs boneless pork chops
salt
pepper
1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon thyme
2 (15 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes, undrained

Steps:

  • Lightly salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops and place them into the crock pot.
  • Top with sliced onion, then brown sugar and thyme.
  • Pour the undrained stewed tomatoes over top.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
