Crunchy Baked Chicken Tenders image

Crispy, better than fried, and made with a few, simple ingredients makes this the recipe for me.

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 large boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 c flour
6 Tbsp butter, melted
2 c corn flake crumbs

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a nonstick baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 2. Cut chicken into strips. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 3. Dip each strip into flour then into melted butter. Dip into corn flake crumbs. Place on prepared pan and bake 20-25 minutes, until chicken is crispy on the outside and cooked through.
