Steps:
- Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate for a few hours to enhance flavors. On a cookie sheet, slightly toast one side of slices of pumpernickel bread under broiler. Use small loaf for appetizers. Turn over bread slices and put a generous amount of the cheese spread on each slice and toast until cheese in bubbly and light brown. Cool slightly and serve.
