Daiquiri Pie image

A great little pie to impress that special someone. You can use 2 teaspoons rum flavoring in place of the rum if you prefer.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
⅓ cup light rum
1 tablespoon yellow food coloring
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 baked pie crust

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese with an electric hand mixer in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk and lemonade concentrate; beat until smooth. Stir rum and food coloring into the cream cheese mixture. Fold whipped topping with the cream cheese mixture; pour into pie crust.
  • Refrigerate until filling is firm in the center, about 4 hours.
