Posted in response to request for dairy free/gluten free bread. This bread has the texture of a cornbread. It is more suitable for a snack or breakfast bread as it does not hold together for sandwiches. It has a mild flavor that is suitable topped with honey. It keeps for only a few days.

Overall, I thought this bread was just okay. It's definitely edible, but it's not the most flavorful bread out there. I might try experimenting with the recipe to see if I can improve it.

This bread is a bit too dense and crumbly for my liking. I think it could benefit from some additional rising time or perhaps a bit more liquid. However, the flavor is good, and I appreciate that it's made with wholesome ingredients.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my bread turned out too dry. I'm not sure what went wrong. I might try adding a bit more liquid next time.

I was pleasantly surprised by this bread! I've tried many gluten-free, dairy-free breads before, and they've all been pretty disappointing. But this one actually has a nice texture and flavor. I'll definitely be making it again!

This bread is a solid choice for those with dietary restrictions. It's not the most flavorful bread out there, but it's a good staple to have on hand. I like to toast it and then spread it with my favorite jam or nut butter.

This bread has potential, but it needs some tweaking. The flavor is good, but the texture is a bit gummy. I think I'll try reducing the amount of millet flour and adding some more almond flour next time.
