3 slices bacon
1/4 cup onion
1 garlic clove
1 chili pepper, minced (optional)
1 tablespoon butter

Steps:

  • chop onions fine
  • mince the small chili pepper no seeds
  • chop garlic fine
  • mince bacon
  • fry bacon in butter
  • add onions
  • add chili pepper if you like heat
  • add hominy
  • add garlic.
