Delicious Deviled Eggs image

This is my recipe for deviled eggs. They are very delicious and go really fast at parties.

Number Of Ingredients 5

12 hard-cooked eggs
3/4 c mayonnaise
3 tsp yellow mustard
1/4 tsp salt
paprika

Steps:

  • 1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise and set on a plate or deviled egg tray.
  • 2. Remove yolks; mash in small bowl with an electric mixer or place in food processor. Add mayonnaise, mustard and salt; mix well.
  • 3. Spoon or pipe yolk mixture evenly into centers of egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika and either serve immediately or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
