Denver Omelet Pie Recipe - (4.6/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 10

6 Eggland's Best Eggs
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
1 cup, about 4-ounces, Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 cup fully cooked ham, diced
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1 medium tomato, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, onion powder, thyme, salt and pepper. Stir in the potatoes, cheese, ham and green pepper. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Garnish with tomato slices.
