Time 40m

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/2 c boiling water
1 c non-fat dry milk powder
2/3 c splenda
3 Tbsp butter, melted
few drops of vanilla

Steps:

  • 1. Add the liquids first, then the powders, cover and blend on high speed for 30 seconds or until smooth. Remove from the blender. Use in a recipe immediately or store in a covered container in the refrigerator
  • 2. Tips: A food processor may also be used to blend the ingredients.
  • 3. I've used this in most pies that called for a can of sweetened condensed milk and it worked fine. Works particularly well for Key Lime Pies.

This recipe is a great way to enjoy sweetened condensed milk without all the sugar. I used it to make a delicious tres leches cake and it turned out perfect. Thanks for sharing!

I tried this recipe last night and it was a hit! My family loved it and said it tasted just like the real thing. I will definitely be making this again.
