Steps:
- Melt butter in 9" x 13" pan while preheating oven to 350 degrees F.
- Stir sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk together in a bowl.
- Pour mixture over melted butter. DO NOT STIR.
- Pour the two cans peaches, with syrup, on top.
- Bake 1 hour.
